She grew up on military bases in the mid-west, a vivacious tomboy and was often found playing center full back on the neighborhoods' co-ed soccer team. Extensive training in dance combined with her love for sports and an instinctual desire to perform inspired Jesse to become a top varsity cheerleader. After devoting years to her high school team, Jesse fell in love with football and began following the Green Bay Packers and Oklahoma University. Her dedication and love of learning placed Jesse at the front of her class. She graduated from high school with honors and a fond taste for boys as well as entertaining.
